Welcome to November!

  • It always seems to snow on Halloween, or so I was told when we moved here. Yesterday it proved true. Miserable day.
  • Today I start teaching riders how to ride Harleys. This will be the first class I teach with just one other coach, not six others. Should be fun.
  • Class starts @ 5:30 and runs to about 8:00, both this evening and tomorrow evening. Saturday & Sunday are range days or days the class actually rides Harleys.
  • Days are colder now, so riding requires more clothing. Nice thing about New Mexico, we have a year-round riding season, if you’re hardy enough.
  • November 11th is Veteran’s Day. The HOG chapter has a service every year to remember our vets. This year, I am the one leading the ceremony. Two of our members will do readings and reflect and then we all head to lunch.
  • That’s it for now. No jokes, no memes, just me.
