Anna is a teacher of the Dutch language to recent immigrants, The Netherlands has a rule that you have to reach a certain level of proficiency in the language to emigrate here, an amazing policy in my opinion. We visited with her at her home before she took us on the tour of the area. The first stop was the Canadian WW2 cemetery just outside of town. While the land is Canada, there are also American, Belgium, and French soldiers buried there. by Anna, that the Jews place a stone on the grave of their family member when they visit as a remembrance. Seems like a nice way to mark a visit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Memory Museum, while fascinating, was also a bit grim. All the images of Hitler and his merry band of murderers were almost depressing. The exhibits were well done and definitely memorable.
