Let&#8217;s say\u00a0it&#8217;s 7:25pm and you&#8217;re going home (alone of course)<br \/>\nafter an unusually hard day on the job.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">2. You&#8217;re\u00a0really tired, upset and frustrated.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">3.<br \/>\nSuddenly you\u00a0start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to\u00a0drag out into your arm and up in to your\u00a0jaw.\u00a0You are only\u00a0about five miles\u00a0from the hospital nearest your home.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">4.<br \/>\nUnfortunately\u00a0you don&#8217;t know if you&#8217;ll be able to make it that\u00a0far.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">5.<br \/>\nYou have\u00a0been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did<br \/>\nnot tell you how to perform it on yourself.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">6.<br \/>\nHOW TO\u00a0SURVIVE A HEART ATTACK WHEN ALONE?<br \/>\nSince\u00a0many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack\u00a0without help, the person whose heart is beating\u00a0improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only about 10seconds left before losing consciousness.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">7.<br \/>\nHowever,\u00a0these victims can help themselves by coughing repeatedly and\u00a0very vigorously.\u00a0A deep\u00a0breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough must\u00a0be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep\u00a0inside the chest.\u00a0A breath and a cough must be repeated\u00a0about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives,\u00a0or until the heart is felt to be beating normally\u00a0again.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">8.<br \/>\nDeep breaths\u00a0get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements<br \/>\nsqueeze the heart and keep the blood circulating. The\u00a0squeezing pressure on the heart also helps it to regain a\u00a0normal rhythm.\u00a0In this way,\u00a0heart attack victims can get help or to a hospital.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">9.<br \/>\nTell as many\u00a0other people as possible about this.
