When his career and love life started to suffer, he sought medical help. After being referred from one specialist to another, he finally came across an old country doctor who solved the problem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u201cThe good news is I can cure your headaches\u2026 the bad news is that it will require castration.\u201d You have a very rare condition which causes your testicles to press up against the base of your spine and the pressure creates one hell of a headache. The only way to relieve the pressure is to remove the testicles.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mark\u00a0was shocked and depressed. He wondered if he had anything to live for. He couldn\u2019t concentrate long enough to answer, but decided he had no choice but to go under the knife. It fit perfectly. As Mark\u00a0admired himself in the mirror, the salesman asked, \u201chow about a new shirt?\u201d Mark\u00a0thought for a moment and then said \u201csure\u2026\u201d The salesman eyed Mark\u00a0and said \u201clet\u2019s see\u202634 sleeves and\u202616 and a half neck.\u201d Mark\u00a0was surprised, \u201cthat\u2019s right, how did you know?\u201d \u201cBeen in the business 60 years\u201d Mark\u00a0tried one the shirt, and it fit perfectly. As Mark\u00a0adjusted the collar in the mirror, the salesman asked \u201chow about some new shoes?\u201d Mark\u00a0was on a roll and said \u201csure!\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The salesman eyed Mark\u2019s feet and said \u201cLet\u2019s see\u2026 10-1\/2\u2026E.\u201d Mark\u00a0said astonished, \u201cthat\u2019s right, how did you know?\u201d \u201cBeen in business 60 years!\u201d Mark\u00a0tried on the shoes and they fit perfectly. Mark\u00a0walked comfortably around the shop and the salesman asked \u201chow about some new underwear?\u201dMark thought for a second and said, \u201csure!\u201d The salesman stepped back, eyed Mark\u2019s\u00a0waist and said \u201cLet\u2019s see\u2026 size 36.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mark laughed, \u201cAh ha!
