{"id":3969,"date":"2013-09-27T06:39:34","date_gmt":"2013-09-27T12:39:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/the-glen-blog.com\/?p=3969"},"modified":"2013-09-27T06:40:13","modified_gmt":"2013-09-27T12:40:13","slug":"the-excitement-never-ends-here","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/the-glen-blog.com\/?p=3969","title":{"rendered":"The excitement never ends here!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Yep, my life just keeps getting more thrilling:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Getting my Jeep serviced today. \u00a0No problems, just oil and tire rotation.<\/li>\n<li>Since I&#8217;m in town for that, I might as well get the Jeep washed. I got a free &#8220;replay&#8221; from the car wash last time through.<\/li>\n<li>I may as well have the time reset on my alarm remote while in that area. It was never set in the first place, so they&#8217;ll do it for free.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I need to catch my breath here . . . .<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I may be able to meet a friend for lunch, if she&#8217;s in town and if she&#8217;s free. She&#8217;s a very busy realtor and we have a hard time connecting sometimes.<\/li>\n<li>I have a 1:00 invite to meet another friend at Buffalo Thunder Casino for some blackjack and craps. I doubt I&#8217;ll go, he&#8217;s been a bad boy lately and I don&#8217;t feel the need to get involved in any trouble . . . . . today.<\/li>\n<li>Before heading home for my afternoon nap, I need to stop at Home Depot or Lowe&#8217;s and get a gallon of porch and deck paint so Henry can paint the outside benches and tables. Their looking shabby and I need to make them pretty.<\/li>\n<li>I hope to get a 30 minute nap when I get home and who knows, if the phone don&#8217;t ring I may stretch it to an hour.<\/li>\n<li>I know I need to contact Las Vegas Diesel about the status of my tractor. I hope to remember to do that while driving home from SF so it doesn&#8217;t add to the excitement when I get home.<\/li>\n<li>I can&#8217;t even think about where I&#8217;m taking Nina to dinner tonight. It&#8217;s just too much of a strain on my brain to do so at this time.<\/li>\n<li>I hope I can stay awake until 9:00 this evening to spend some quality quiet time with Nina, but since I&#8217;ve been up since 4:00 a.m. it&#8217;s very unlikely.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>That&#8217;s all.
