We were dressed and ready to go out for the New Years Eve Party. We\u00a0turned on a night light, turned the answering machine on, covered our\u00a0pet\u00a0parakeet and put the cat in the backyard. We phoned the local cab\u00a0company\u00a0and requested a taxi. The taxi arrived and we opened the front door\u00a0to\u00a0leave the house. The cat we put out in the back yard, scoots back\u00a0into\u00a0the front door.<\/p>\n
We didn’t want the cat shut in the house because she always tries to
\neat\u00a0the bird. My wife goes out to the taxi, while I went inside to get\u00a0the\u00a0cat. The cat runs upstairs, with me in hot pursuit.<\/p>\n
Waiting in the cab, my wife doesn’t want the driver to know that the
\nhouse will be empty for the night. So, she explains to the taxi\u00a0driver\u00a0that I will be out soon, ‘He’s just going upstairs to say Goodbye to\u00a0my\u00a0mother.\u00a0A few minutes later, I get into the cab. ‘Sorry I took so long. I\u00a0said,\u00a0as we drove away. ‘That stupid bitch was hiding under the bed. I had\u00a0to\u00a0poke her with a coat hanger to get her to come out! She tried to take\u00a0off, so I grabbed her by the neck. Then, I had to wrap her in a\u00a0blanket\u00a0to keep her from scratching me. But it worked! I hauled her fat ass\u00a0downstairs and threw her out into the back yard!<\/p>\n
