1 year ago today, our store was robbed by Zebadiah Romero and while fleeing the crime, he shot at me. I’ve been to court many times of this past year and the last time I was there, I was told that Romero has no memory of his crime or of me shooting him in the ass.<\/p>\n

Because of his faulty memory, he is not charged with armed robbery, just 3 counts of aggravated assault and car theft. (I need to remember this tactic if ever arrested.) Last time I was in court, there was a sentence passed, but it’s complicated and rather than try to explain it all to you, I wish to highlight the 2 main points:<\/p>\n

  1. He has been sentenced to 2 years of substance abuse treatment. The Delancey Street Program scheduled a 3 hour interview with him and left the interview after 30 minutes. They refused him. The VA will accept him, but they have no available beds. He’s still in the county jail.<\/li>\n
  2. Afterwards he’s on 4 years of probation. If he violates during treatment or\u00a0probation, he goes back to jail for the remainder of the 6 years. I’m 100% sure he’ll violate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    As I said that the whole sentence is complicated, but the above is pretty simple. He’s a smug little puke that belongs in prison and I hope he violates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
