This week I got my new seat, a heated seat, for my bike. I ride year-round and there’s no reason I shouldn’t be comfortable. I tried to install it myself and while the actual installation was simple, the electrical baffled me. I couldn’t find the needed connection. Yesterday I took it to the dealership to have them look at it and we were almost ready to initiate a work order when Justin came by, reached his hand down in front of the battery and found the connection. He looked at Rudy and said “It’s a 14 Limited, that’s where it is. No other model has that!” and walked away.

The heated seat is AMAZING. It’s wider and more comfortable and warm. I put a couple hundred miles on Saturday and still had time to buy baked goods and Frito Pies at the dealership. I also managed to break the 2000 mile/month mark AND I crossed the 24000 mile mark too.  That averages out to 1333.3333 miles per month. The heated seat moves me back and up giving me a more comfortable ride by extra legroom. Still waiting for the backrest to arrive.

I had to close my bedroom window. The past 2 days were almost non-stop rain. My parking lot is a mess. I’ll be out with the tractor this afternoon trying to fix it again.

OK, the deal that was worked out was 2 years at Delancey Street, an on premises drug treatment program, along with time served. See the 5th word? “Was” Yes, was. Delancey Street did a jail visit with Zeb and they cut the interview short and denied him treatment. The deal was vacated. They are now trying to get him into a VA drug treatment facility that is a 1 year plan and this process has been set back another 30 days.

I am curious if he will be allowed into the VA facility and according to a source, his dismissal from the Army was less than voluntary and that may determine if they’ll take him. If he’s turned down by the VA, he’s shit outta luck and this goes to trial without any sort of deal in place. This works for me, I think.

I’m heading to court again this morning. I hope that this will be the last time since it’s for a plea hearing. While I’m not happy with the terms of the plea deal, I’ll just live with it so that this will finally be over with.

I’m told that this time I will be allowed to speak. I’m not sure what I’ll say if I say anything. I hope there’s never a “next time” for this type of situation.

Nina mentioned once that my sleeping issues started shortly after this thing went down. If that’s truly the case, once it’s over I might start sleeping again? Who knows.

Right now the liberal social media juries are celebrating his dismissal and I’m here to tell you that his firing is just wrong! You have a teenager that had disobeyed 3 authority figures and decided that she didn’t have to do what she was told to do, which was to obey the rules of the school.

Now I don’t know about you liberal types, but when you’re in school, you need to pay attention in class and not text on your damned phone. When you’re caught doing so, you stop and hand over the phone and take your lumps. This spoiled piece of shit decided that she is above the rules. She feels that the 3 adults that told her to stop what she was doing and hand over her phone didn’t have that right, and she was rightly manhandled to remove her from class.

Now if her parents had manhandled her some as a child, this might not have happened, but in these PC times we can’t touch our children when disciplining them. No yelling, no spanking, and nothing that would offend their delicate sensibilities. I call bullshit! It’s that line of reasoning that is entitling an entire generation of violent and aggressive young adults that have no clue on how to act in society.

So now we have an unemployed cop. I’m sure that he’ll sue the county, the school district, and whoever else his lawyer finds at fault. This is his right and I encourage him to sue for billions along with back pay and reinstatement, after all, had this spoiled little girls parents raised her right this would have never happened. Hey, it doesn’t matter if he sues, right? It’s only taxpayer money that he’ll get and even if he loses, taxpayers are fitting the legal bills of those sued.

Watch the videos. He was trying to do his job and from what I saw he did it just fine. She resisted ever effort to remove her from class in an easy manner. She forced his actions by refusing to comply with his lawful orders after refusing the teacher’s and administrator’s same orders.

Of course the fact that he also manhandled an autistic boy some time back also played into the social media judgements of this poor guy, but I guess autism and being a black teenage girl is plenty of an excuse to abuse a cop. Hell, cops are there for us to abuse, right? That’s what these fools sign up for. If they were any smarted they wouldn’t take such a low paying job, so abusing them is cool, right?

I swear to God, the liberals are going to destroy this country. And just to give equal shit to the conservatives, they aren’t helping us to save this country, they’re as fucked up as the liberals.
