The good, the bad, and the ugly

Life is good, but as with all the good there comes some bad. And with life itself, ugly happens.

  • The good: I’m semi-retired and enjoying life in general.
  • The bad: Stupid always seems to happen with the business.
  • The ugly: It always seems to center around Tori & DJ and the “other” families.
  • The good: I get to travel more, sometimes with Nina even.
  • The bad: It seems that when I return, I always return to some stupid drama that is designed to rob me of my good feelings of the trip.
  • The ugly: Vendors that cause issues that never seems to be resolved unless I get mad.
  • The good: Great people in my life. Family, friends, & Harley people.
  • The bad: Stupid people.
  • The ugly: Stupid people that force themselves upon me, usually to their regret.

Thankfully, the good outweighs the rest.  Peace!

Moving to Chrome

I know that my moving from one browser to another is a non-issue, but I’m bored and it’s my blog, so suck it up buttercup!

Safari has been slow as death lately. Playing Scrabble with Mom has become a chore on Safari, and I’ve enjoyed it less. On the advice of a friend, I tried Chrome. LOVE IT! Once I get all my passwords logged into Chrome, I will drop Safari completely.

63? It’s just a number, right?

Wow, I find it hard to believe that I’ve survived 63 years. I’m not the most responsible person when it comes to having fun, but I have survived. I have the most amazing family and friends and I know they have my back, they always have.

Semi-retired? Sure, but I am my father’s son and I’m still involved in the business. I just can’t walk away completely. I hope if this place ever sells that I can put it behind me.

Harley-Davidson made being less involved in the business bearable. I can honestly say that riding and the friends I’ve made in HOG have kept me sane, if you can call it sane. It’s all about perspective I guess.

Thanks for all the birthday wishes. Peace!

Twitter & Tweets & The Donald!

I voted for the lesser of 2 evils this past election. Didn’t really like Trump, but I despised clinton. I’m starting to enjoy the show about now. It amazes me how much shit he can stir with just a tweet. I’m thinking of getting on Twitter just to learn advanced shit stirring from Trump. I thought I was good, but DAMN, I’m just a rank amateur compared to The Donald.
