~I got one of the salesmen from Harley a job at Lithia. He was miserable at Harley and I hope he’ll be happier at Lithia. I get my cars @ Lithia. Paul’s been a good friend and he deserves to be happy.
~Paul and I ran into each other yesterday on the road to Galisteo and we hung out in front of the church and talked for a while. It was great seeing him and he seemed happier than I’ve seen him in a while. Another friend saw us talking and he swung in and joined the confab.
~I just learned that an acquaintance from that website I used to work for committed suicide. A 30 something woman of great beauty and a troubled mind ended her life this week. We chatted on FB several times and I found her to be complicated. I feel for her family. (No kids or spouse)
~Sunday we have a ride at the dealership, but I don’t have to lead it. One of my road captains, Jill, will take this ride. We may do the ride, since it’s a breast cancer ride. I’ve done every one of them since I’ve been on a Harley. I’ll even wear pink.
~So, are you superstitious or do you ignore the Friday the 13th B.S.?

Remember when Donald Trump approved the sale of 20% of U.S. uranium to the Russians while he was Secretary of State which gave control of it to Rosatom the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation?

Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton.

Remember when Donald Trump lied about that and said he wasn’t a part of approving the deal that gave the Russians 1/5 of our uranium, but then his e-mails were leaked showing he did lie about it?

Remember when Donald Trump got $145 million from shareholders of the uranium company sold to the Russians?

Oh wait, that was Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation.

Remember when Donald Trump accepted millions in donations from Russian oligarchs like the chairman of a company that’s part of the Russian Nuclear Research Cluster, the wife of the mayor of Moscow and a close pal of Putin’s?

Remember when Donald Trump failed to disclose all those donations before becoming the Secretary of State, and it was only found out when a journalist went through Canadian tax records?

Remember when Donald Trump told Mitt Romney that the ’80s called and it wanted its Russian policy back. The Cold War is over?

Oh wait, that was President Obama.

Man, Trump’s ties to Russia are really “disgusting!”

It was a cold start to the day, in the 40’s, but we braved the cold and ended up with a beautiful day. The full trip was a 360 mile round trip and for me I did 420, due to where I live. After lunch, we splintered off to do our own rides with some staying in the area overnight.

Debby Pearson, made the trip with us as the dealer representative, or because she loves to ride long hauls. David Pearson was grounded due to his upcoming race schedule down in Baja. I’m not even sure if Debby likes riding with David, but who am I to say. Crap, I just did!

Next big thing for the chapter is planning the Thanksgiving party. Smaller things will be announced via email.
