It turns out that after he walked off the job without warning, the sceptic tank he left behind is really a cistern. I have no need for a cistern. This tank will be demolished in the hole it sits.

I have a piece of his equipment here still and I will make it disappear to screw him over just a little bit. It’s his narrow bucket for his backhoe. Plumbers need these to run lines.

I will not be using local talent anymore for any reason. I’ve been so disappointed in the past and present, so now I will use fully licensed contractors for ANYTHING! Anyone I use for any repairs, remodel, addition, or new regs will be fully vetted and must give references.
