Did get my gun and mag yesterday. For some reason they felt the need to remove my grips and they stripped the grip bushings on both sides, the top ones on each side.
Ordered new bushings.
While the gun is naked, I gave it a bath and oiled the crap outta it. Smooth as silk.
HOG meeting today.
Met with the Motor Maids at the dealership yesterday. They are coming out en mass in July. 300 women on bikes wearing white leather and white gloves. It should be a sight to see. We’ll take them on rides of the area.
While I was bushing shopping yesterday, I saw a really neat coach gun. Double barreled 20 gauge. Nice short shotgun, easily maneuverable in tight spaces. Might need to consider that as a Christmas present for myself. I would prefer one with external hammers, but they seem to be made by the crappy manufacturers only. Prefer quality.
