Affordable Care Act My Fat White ASS

Well, we have settled on insurance that is available to us now that the ACA is the law of the land. That lying son of a bitch obama is now costing us more money for less coverage and all the asswipes that are happy about this insurance law and think that obama is the greatest thing since sliced bread can kiss my fat white ass.

Two people will lose their jobs so I can afford this insurance. Way to go obama. I wish you ebola.

Thursday

  1. Erin left. I hate Thursdays because she leaves.
  2. Lunch with Nina. ML hates when we leave the house together. She seems OK with us leaving separately, but not together.
  3. I get a small sense of satisfaction from that.
  4. Played poker this evening. Lost $20 but had fun doing so, sorta.
  5. Yesterday I walked at the national park. I’m going to start walking there and at Fort Union again. I’ll just alternate the two nat. parks as I see fit.
  6. I’m enjoying my iPhone 6+. The larger screen has me ignoring my iPad for the most part.  In fact I’ve not used it since I got the 6+. I’ve just started my 4th book on it and it’s easy to read from. Magazines are pretty easy to read too on the Zinio app.
  7. Apple needs to send me a check for the above endorsement.
  8. Nina has one too and she’s liking it also.
  9. I’m working on my second Harley-Davidson HOG newsletter already and hope to get it out by Friday late or Saturday early.
  10. Slept like shit last night. I feel like I was awake most of the night, but I finally got up at 6:00, several hours later than I usually get up. I wasn’t tired all day though, so I guess I did sleep some.
  11. Hey, it rained this afternoon and evening. The need was great and we’re happy to have it. Snow would be nice too, but I may have to wait a bit for it.
  12. <–My lucky number.
  13. <–No one’s lucky number.
  14. I feel like traveling soon. Not sure where I feel like traveling to, but the urge is there.
  15. Maybe I’ll head south to I-10 and take that east to Florida and visit Richard. We’ve never met, but we seem to have plenty in common, except for politics. He’s left and I hate both left and right pols.
  16. Yes, I know him from that website I worked for all those years. I made lots of friends there.
  17. May meet up with Tonya and Jude in Texas if I do this trip. Byron’s down there too.
  18. Dat’s it.

Old Fartz lunch

  • Today is Old Fartz day. New month, new restaurant.
  • I’ll probably ride the bike there today. It’s just a bit chilly now, but in 3 hours, when I leave, it should be pretty nice out.
  • Last week they went for a ride afterward, but I was in my Jeep.
  • Erin is going to see Santa Claus today. She’s wearing a nice dress and I expect some nice pictures from this visit.
  • Talk of snow here soon. I’ll consider the source and probably ignore the reports. We need it of course, but I think the weatherliars just tell us what they think we want to hear.
  • ML is still alive, but her nurse says there is obvious deterioration in her body and systems, at least to her.

Apple Pay

We got our first Apple Pay customer yesterday. A family that has been on the road for the Thanksgiving holiday had been traveling since before T-day had been trying to use the system since they left home and they finally hit pay dirt with our store.

December already.

Happy December everyone. The countdown to Christmas begins, at least with me. I hate seeing Christmas ads starting after Halloween, it annoys me.

We did that bank this morning and afterwards I went stopped at a friend’s to see if I could get her FaceTime working. Didn’t happen, so I told her to stop at Verizon when she went to town next.

Erin is challenging Tori more lately. Not a good thing for either of them. Not a good thing for me either. It causes loud talking and shouting and other nastiness in MY house. I hate that. If there weren’t other people here I wouldn’t mind it as much. No witnesses.

We went on a ride over the weekend. Nice short ride, just a 100 mile run. I’ll have to take it out later this week for it’s 7500 service, just a few miles late of course. The bike has over 7600 miles on it by now. I hope to have over 8000 before the end of the year.

ML is still alive, contrary to Nina’s mid-year prediction. Evil just doesn’t die. Hospice has taken her off a few of her meds because they’re contrary to the hospice policy. Don’t know more, don’t care either.

I’m thinking of playing poker Thursday. After last week I figured to try the no limit hold-em games they do every other week. I did very well during my last appearance.

Dat’s all.

I am a husband, father, grandfather, friend, business owner, traveller, Harley rider, citizen, patriot, gun owner, politically eclectic person of strange personal habits. I support police, trust no politicians, and can argue any side of an argument just to amuse myself. People love me or hate me and those that are in-between don't know me.
