- What I thought would be a magical visit to one of my favorite cities turned out to be a turd in disguise. I knew that most things would be closed down, and I was not disappointed at that.
- Today however, all the shit that was closed yesterday is also closed today. At least it was @ 8:30 when I was hunting for coffee for Nina and I. Found a place finally, but I hiked a bit to find it.
- You’d think we’d be dining at the hotel for breakfast, but after they screwed the pooch with our meal reservations online, I’d rather pick through McDonald’s garbage and eat a half eaten McMuffin than give this place another penny.
- We leave here tomorrow and quite honestly, I can’t wait to get home. I guess there’s a first time for everything.
- Home is where the
Harley heart is, right? (Nina made me change it! I swear!)
- I’m looking forward to seeing my little girl again too. I saw her on FaceTime on Christmas morning and realized I miss her.
- Today we tourist. I know tourist is not a verb, but it works for me. We are heading to Oxford Str. so Nina can do her shopping for the kids and I assume herself. There is nothing for me on Oxford, nothing. While much of London is closed, Oxford street will be open for SALES. (enough emphasis Nina?) Oh well, it’s her vacation too.
- Peace
