Yesterday.

• Breakfast with Dennis in Pecos.
• I was pretty convinced that I was not picking up Erin.
• After breakfast, Dennis and I drove up the canyon to Terrarro because we weren’t quite done talking.
• It was a nice drive. 45 minutes or so, round-trip.
• After dropping Dennis off I still wasn’t planning on picking Erin up from Dilia, in fact I was taking pictures. (See other post of today.)
• I remembered an old mining complex just outside of Pecos and I hunted it down, found it and drove right past it to see where the road ended.
• iI took the pictures on the return trip.
• As I was heading to another location, Tori called. She broke out in “hives.” Probably a poisoned rat bite or something.
• I stopped by her house and checked her back and it seemed like she actually had broken out in hives.
• I ended up picking up Erin. Well played Tori.
• No more pictures for my Sunday off.
• Tori decided that she will no longer cook for us and that Nina needs to come home now.
• Pizza or chicken carryout is planned for Monday & Wednesday.
• I’m thinking that I need to buy a new backup drive.
• I had to reformat the drive today to do my weekly backup.
• This had me very nervous last night as I made a backup. Too much can go wrong and I have no backups right now.
• I may buy the Apple wifi station with the built in 3 tb backup drive and let it run backups nightly.

If life were fair Elvis would still be alive today and all the impersonators would be dead.   – Johnny Carson
