For some strange reason there is a gas shortage here in Northern New Mexico. One refinery shut down for maintenance, another down due to a malfunction, and the last is always shut down on weekends. We’ve been without gas now for about 18 hours.
Ed tells me that I may get a partial load today, 2000+ gallons of regular or I may even get a full load of regular, 8500 gallons, but premium may be in short supply. He’s going to get us what he can.
We took off from Santa Fe HD and headed north to the High Road to Taos and wended our way to Angel Fire and Zeb’s Restaurant. We did the 50/50 and other drawings before lunch. Nina won a hat and a cup and I took the 50/50. $43.00. Lunch was very good and reasonable too. Zeb’s has a really nice menu and from what Bill said, they’d do custom foods too. There were 12 of us on the ride and we had a nice ride up and a great time at lunch.
